The idea for the zoo Artis was not about the animals this time. It was about a festival for everyone on earth: “Aardbewonersfestival”.
The concept: See through the eyes of the animals, understand their unique features by experience. The educational lesson: see the impact of human kind through your own eyes.

Style assets
The logo is an amplifier of the features in the animal kingdoms. Where one is fury and the other rough. It gives the vibe of living organisms, as you are the living organism in the festival

Posters
The posters have a copy that gives you a sense of being the portrayed animal. As they question you about their qualities in a fun but recognisable way.

the flyer uses smart ways to both include the children as for the parents. Instead of: I can change colours: Are you a hide & seek champion as well? That way a curiosity was created for children to learn about the animal
The flyers are handed out by a giant air balloon. The balloon is the pufferfish victor all puffed up in the sky. The whole city of Amsterdam sees the balloon, as you reach a very wide audience.
